Letter, West Point, 10 June 1782, congratulates Winslow on his marriage, mentions his recent furlough in Boston, and asks for a yellow-hilted sword and new shirts with spare collars; extract of letter, 30 May 1783, describes the recently organized Sons of Cincinnatus; letter, West Point, 10 June 1783, gives details on his situation at war's end. All are signed "Frampton". Includes brief biographical note on John Winslow.
